No-one wants to read through pages and pages of T&C's, but we promise to keep it simple for you. Please read through and we'll do our best to simplify the jargon.
The Acceptable Usage Policy determines what is allowed on our network and within our datacentre, including (but not limited to) what is hosted within our datacentre and served from our network. From a resource point of view, on shared infrastructure (where you are sharing resources on a server) we reserve the right to contact you if we believe your server is causing issues to the degree of impacting other users on the same server/network with a view to finding a solution before action is taken. This AUP also covers items such as using more than your allocated amount of bandwidth (for all products) and power (for colocation customers). We will always contact you before any executive action is taken as to find a way to resolve the overages (typically by moving to a different plan or purchasing more bandwidth or power).
Unless otherwise agreed, all contracts are rolling monthly contracts, you may cancel at any time before the start of the next billing period (you will need to cancel via the control panel before the start of the next billing period). No refunds are given for pro-rata days.
Refunds will only be provided in the case whereby we cannot provide the contracted service within the timescales provided. No refunds will be provided for pro-ratad days where a cancellation is placed.
Regarding refunds, or credits, due to failure to meet advertised SLA's (uptime). These will be provided pro-rata and calculated against the downtime experienced over and above the guaranteed and advertised SLA. The refund/credits will never exceed the price of the monthly service
